P-Square
P-Square is a musical duo consisting from twin brothers
Peter and Paul Okoye. They are known as the richest artist
in Nigeria and maybe in the whole Africa. Their combined net
worth is about $110 million (N22 billion) as of 2015. No
wonder they are buying luxury real estate properties around
the globe. They own a house on Banana Island and recently
bought also two homes in Atlanta, Georgia.
When they were young, Peter an Paul formed an acappella
quartet and named it MMMPP. Their later project was a band
Smooth Criminals. They were both pursuing a college degree
in Business Administration at University of Abuja. After their
friends left for different schools, twins formed a duo around
the year 2000 and named it P-Square.
P-Square own a large house in Ikeja, Lagos that’s worth
N500 million ($2.5 million). It has a swimming pool and all
the amenities. It’s located in the prestigious neighborhood of
Omole Estate where just the lot alone costs about N100
million. But it’s a really good address to live at. However
superstars like P-Square can also afford properties in other
countries.
They already had a villa on Banana Island but decided they
need also some homes in Atlanta, Georgia, probably as a
base for their plans to conquer US musical market. The price
for their American houses wasn’t disclosed. In 2013, Peter
married his long-term girlfriend, a marketing representative
named Titilola Loretta Omotayo. Paul married Anita Isama in
2014. They met as a students at University of Abuja.
